KD 18 Aunt Pearl

The Nike KD 18 “Aunt Pearl” model is another release from the line commemorating Kevin Durant's aunt - the color scheme is based on shades of pink, including Pearl Pink, Tulip Pink, Playful Pink, and Laser Fuchsia, with accents of Glacier Blue.The upper is made of perforated mesh fabric, which reduces weight and increases airflow inside the shoe. Additional layers of material and side stabilizing cages allow for a proper fit during lateral movements. Cushioning is provided by two main systems: Air Zoom in the forefoot and a layer of Cushlon foam (or a similar solution), which combine resilience with stability. There is an additional Nike Air unit in the heel, which supports the rebound effect and improves comfort when landing. The sole design features translucent rubber and pink splash accents on the midsole. The model is distinguished by rose graphics on the side panels, midfoot cages, and inner lining, which refer to the symbolism of the Aunt Pearl series. The KD and Swoosh logos appear in light shades of “coconut milk” and other delicate colors that contrast with the whole.
